By accessing or using TCG Tracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TCG Tracker.
TCG Tracker is a trading card game marketplace scanning and alerting platform. The service includes automated scanning of eBay and TCGPlayer marketplaces for trading card listings; customizable price trackers with in-app deal alerts; and AI-powered market insights and analysis reports. TCG Tracker helps collectors and investors find underpriced cards across multiple marketplaces.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. TCG Tracker reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
TCG Tracker offers the following subscription plans:
Automatic renewal. Web subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe at the plan prices listed above ($19.99, $29.99, or $39.99 per month; $199.99/year, $299.99/year, or $399.99/year for annual billing). Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period — monthly plans every month, annual plans every year — and your payment method is charged the plan price for the next period, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the app at Settings → Manage Subscription → Cancel subscription; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. For annual plans, we email you a renewal reminder 15–45 days before each renewal charge.
iOS subscriptions are billed through Apple In-App Purchase per Apple's Guideline 3.1.1 — pricing on iOS may differ from web pricing because Apple takes a service commission, and Apple sends its own renewal notices. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. iOS subscriptions can be cancelled or refunded only through Apple (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or reportaproblem.apple.com); web subscriptions can be cancelled or changed at Settings → Manage Subscription, and payment methods and invoices managed at Settings → Payment & invoices.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. One-time purchases (such as extra tracker slots and category unlocks) are non-refundable after activation; they remain on your account after a cancellation and re-activate whenever a qualifying plan is active (any subscription plan for tracker slots; an Investor Insights or Bundle plan for category unlocks).
All content, features, and functionality of TCG Tracker, including but not limited to the software, algorithms, design, text, graphics, and logos, are the exclusive property of TCG Tracker and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our prior written consent.
TCG Tracker is a marketplace scanning and alerting tool and does not provide financial or investment advice. Trading card prices and marketplace data may vary and are subject to change at any time. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of marketplace data. Purchase decisions are made at your own risk. TCG Tracker is not responsible for transactions conducted on third-party marketplaces.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCG Tracker and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to TCG Tracker in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to TCG Tracker at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@tcg-tracker.app.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which Bravo TCG LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at support@tcg-tracker.app — most issues can be resolved informally, and we ask that you give us 30 days to try before starting any formal proceeding. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court in a court of competent jurisdiction; nothing in these terms takes that right away.
