TCG Tracker runs two systems that work as a pair. The core service is Trackers: you name a card you want to buy, set a max price, and choose eBay or TCGPlayer. We rescan every 15 minutes and push a notification to your phone on the scan that finds a match — a new eBay listing typically reaches you within 15 minutes, while TCGPlayer prices refresh less frequently through the day. Separately, Investor Insights is a weekly market report (Hot Cards, Sleeper Picks, Grading Opportunities) that tells you which cards are worth chasing. The report tells you what to hunt & the trackers tell you when it gets listed.

Trackers are listing alerts — the core service. You name a card you want to buy and set a max price, and TCG Tracker pushes a notification to your phone on the next 15-minute scan that finds a matching listing on eBay or TCGPlayer. Hot Cards and Investor Insights are the market-read side: in-depth analysis that surfaces movers, grading opportunities, and sleepers so you know which cards are worth chasing. Pair them together — the weekly report tells you what to buy & the trackers tell you when it gets listed.

The Investor Insights plan ($19.99/mo or $199.99/yr) gives you weekly market analysis reports every Friday — Hot Cards, Sleeper Picks, Grading Opportunities, Risk Alerts, and Era Spotlights — plus the TCG 100 index, Smart Buys, and Cross-Grade Watch boards. The Scanner Seat plan ($29.99/mo or $299.99/yr) activates listing alerts — create trackers for the cards you want to buy and get a push notification when one gets listed on eBay or TCGPlayer, with 10 tracker slots included. The Bundle ($39.99/mo or $399.99/yr) includes both at a discount. Insights plans come with 1 TCG category — unlock more for $1.99 one-time each (you pick the TCG right after payment), or unlock every current and future TCG at once for $8.99 one-time. Unlocks require an active Investor Insights or Bundle plan, stay on your account forever, and re-activate whenever an Insights plan is active. Your 10 tracker slots can point at any of the 15+ TCGs.

Your plan comes with 10 tracker slots, and each slot can point at any TCG. Need more? You can purchase extra tracker slots for $0.99 each, or a +10 slot pack for $3.99 one-time — the pack works across all TCGs and is active with any plan. One-time slots stay on your account forever and re-activate whenever a plan is active. Both are on the Pricing page under Add-ons.

No! Even though your tracker slots are tied to a category for billing purposes, you can search for ANY card you want regardless of category. For example, if you bought the Pokemon category, you could still create a tracker for a Yu-Gi-Oh or Star Wars card — the scanner will find deals on whatever keyword you enter. The category simply determines which slot pool your tracker uses.

Investor Insights are automatically generated weekly market reports — the decision-support half of TCG Tracker, paired with tracker alerts that tell you when those cards get listed. Each report covers Hot Cards, Sleeper Picks, Grading Opportunities (which cards are worth grading and with which service), Risk Alerts, and Era Spotlights for your chosen TCG category. New reports are generated every Friday morning automatically. You can also request an on-demand report from the Insights page for $1.99. This is completely normal! When you create a new tracker, TCG Tracker immediately scans the marketplaces and sends you notifications for all currently active listings that match your criteria. This means you might receive dozens (or even 100+) notifications at once. After that initial batch, you'll only get new notifications when fresh listings appear — the scanner checks every 15 minutes and only alerts you about new deals it hasn't told you about before.

TCG Tracker uses your tracker keyword to search marketplaces. If your keyword is broad (like just a card name without a set or number), you may see related results. For best results, make your tracker keywords specific — include the card number, set name, or grading details. For example, use "Charizard 4/102 Base Set" instead of just "Charizard" to get more precise matches.

Yes! When creating a tracker, you can select "eBay + TCGPlayer" as the marketplace option. This will scan both marketplaces simultaneously and send you notifications from whichever one finds a deal first. You can also filter your notifications by marketplace to see deals from just eBay or just TCGPlayer.

You can manage your subscription at any time from the Settings page by clicking "Manage Subscription" — cancel or change your plan right there. To update your payment method or view invoices, click "Payment & invoices", which opens your Stripe billing portal. If you cancel, you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

TCG Tracker currently supports 15+ categories: Pokemon, NFL, NHL, NBA, Soccer, MLB, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh, One Piece, UFC, WWE, Lorcana, Dragon Ball Z, Star Wars, SpongeBob TCG, Riftbound, and Marvel. Additional Insights categories are a one-time $1.99 unlock each — you confirm which TCG right after payment (NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB, and Soccer are bundled together as "Sports" and count as one unlock). Unlocks require an active Investor Insights or Bundle plan; they stay on your account forever and re-activate whenever an Insights plan is active.

No. Investor Insights are educational market analysis only — never financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Trading cards are collectibles whose values fluctuate and may decline. Past performance does not predict future results. Always do your own research and consult a qualified advisor before any purchase. You can sign up for an account and explore TCG Tracker for free — free accounts see 24-hour-delayed preview boards and the weekly report summaries. To create trackers and get notified when the cards you want get listed you need the Scanner Seat or Bundle plan. To access full Investor Insights market reports you need the Investor Insights or Bundle plan. All paid plans include a 7-day free trial — no charge until the trial ends.

We collect the minimum needed to run the service: account info (email, optional phone for SMS alerts), the trackers you create, and notification history. We never sell your data. Payment information is handled by Stripe (web) or Apple (iOS) — TCG Tracker never sees your card numbers. See the Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.

Web subscriptions managed by Stripe can be canceled anytime at Settings → Manage Subscription → Cancel subscription; you keep access through the end of the current billing period. iOS subscriptions are governed by Apple's standard refund policy — request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com. If something goes wrong on our end, email support@tcg-tracker.app and we'll make it right.

Both work. The web app at tcg-tracker.app gives you the full experience in any browser. The iOS app adds native push notifications, Apple In-App Purchase, and faster cold starts on mobile. iOS subscriptions and web subscriptions are separate (Apple's rules) — pick whichever fits how you'll use it most.

Active trackers scan every 15 minutes. eBay listings typically reach you within 15 minutes of a matching card being listed — fast enough to buy before most buyers have even seen it. TCGPlayer prices refresh less frequently through the day, so TCGPlayer alerts can take longer. You can also tap "Scan Now" on any tracker to force an immediate check (Scanner subscription required).
